My approach is as a Humanistic Integrative counsellor and I work to the BACP code of ethics (www.bacp.co.uk). The Humanistic Integrative approach means that I am able to draw on different styles and techniques within the therapeutic relationship to help you and meet your needs.

I create a warm, non-judgmental environment that gives you the opportunity to discuss your thoughts and feelings. I aim to help you gain control of any challenging thoughts and help you through the transition of change.

I see individuals for short-term or long-term counselling on a face to face basis.
